Exchanging currency is opaque and risky: rates vary wildly between vendors, funds change hands with little protection, and fraud is rampant. People needed a way to get a fair rate and actually trust that their money would arrive.

Money movement lives or dies on confidence. The design had to make rates comparable at a glance, show exactly where funds sit in the escrow flow at every moment, and keep a genuinely complex fintech product feeling calm and trustworthy for first-time and repeat users alike.
