01The problem

People struggle to track multiple bills, deadlines, and total spending across services — and existing payment channels (banking apps, physical payments) add friction rather than removing it. Research showed automating bill payments could save users hours per month, but users were hesitant to adopt yet another payment platform.

02Research & ideation

I analyzed competitor platforms and ran user interviews to build personas. The differentiation came from features competitors ignored: a referral system and an agent network to incentivize adoption in communities where trust in new fintech is earned, not assumed.

03Design

High-fidelity design across the full product surface:

  • Onboarding, home, and services
  • Wallets and bill scheduling
  • Split payments between friends and family
  • Agent features, ticketing, and analytics

04Testing & outcome

In-house testing and demo feedback refined the agent features, ticket services, and analytics. 80% of demo participants said they'd use the app, 90% found bill-splitting useful, and 75% named scheduling as their favorite feature — with an estimated 30% reduction in time spent managing bills.
